Industrial plant vibration control is one of RoTech’s core industrial support activities.
Vibration control includes measurements on the plant itself, diagnosis of vibration sources, and preparation of corrective-action protocols for identified problems and the prevention of breakdowns. Tests are carried out by recognised specialists in vibration diagnostics.
RoTech is distinguished by its rapid response to customer calls and efficient problem resolution. Our specialists arrive on site and perform machine testing within a maximum of 24 hours after receiving a request.
RoTech diagnostics is based on ISO standards and procedures, or internal standards in areas not covered by them. One example is rolling-bearing quality control. SKF recommendations are used in this field because SKF is a leader in the manufacture of bearings and measuring equipment for their testing. RoTech uses original SKF bearing-testing instruments. Technical recommendations and decisions on how to correct plant vibrations are based on measurement results and the extensive experience and professional qualifications of RoTech experts.
